O2-Matic has also entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Chennai-based Oxygreen Services Private Limited for marketing, distribution and service of its products to both public and private entities.
Oxygreen Services will use its expertise in marketing and distribution to broadbase the spread of O2-Matic's emergency oxygen product availability in the southern states of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana initially.
